Cross Disability Support Services
CDSS connects individuals with complex needs and “invisible” disabilities to existing community resources with the purpose of engaging individuals in community life. This community based approach includes coordination, support, community capacity building, advocacy and education. This project was initiated in response to the needs of individuals that are currently “falling through the cracks” and would benefit from support
